Have you heard of anyone say “if it fits in your macros?” Counting Macros is just another way of dieting in which you count your intake of the three macronutrients – carbs, fats and protein. The diet aims to not eliminate any specific nutrient (like keto eliminating carbs) but rather eat a balance of them. If counting your macros sounds amazing, because hey, you could make any food fit, it comes with a warning. Counting macros requires a lot of time and attention to detail.
