Weight training is great for everyone. Weight training should be included in any exercise plan. Muscle is very metabolically active and weight training increases bone density and confidence. Sometimes people give up on weight training because they are not seeing results. Melanie Douglass encourages everyone to stick with weight training even if you aren’t seeing results yet because it can take months and years to see the results but she promises you will feel them within weeks.
