Our first challenge was to drop the pop. To quit drinking soft drinks for a week, but I haven’t had a soda in months. I love Diet Mountain Dew so I thought this would kill me. It wasn’t as hard as I thought and it had me making more informed decisions about what I put in my body.
I am eating the Clean Protein Plan. It is basically helping me get 20% protein each meal. My favorite part about the plan is that the food is real food that I buy at the grocery store. No bars. No shakes. Just real, delicious food that I cook for my whole family.
